Gulf Oil & Chemicals FZE has operated out of Dubai for over a decade. We are not a trading desk that flips whatever is cheap that week. We are a lubricants supplier with direct brand relationships, a technical team that reads OEM manuals, and a warehouse that holds what we say we hold.

Our team includes engineers and lubricant specialists who spend most of their day on the phone with maintenance managers, not sales targets. If the product you asked for is the wrong one for your application, we will tell you before we invoice you.

01. Are your products genuine and traceable?

Yes. We deal directly with Total, Chevron, Caltex, ENOC, ADNOC and Texaco, and source Mobil, Shell, Castrol, Caterpillar, Nynas and Fuchs through authorised distributors. Every consignment ships with a Certificate of Analysis, MSDS, TDS and Certificate of Origin. If your QA team needs anything further, ask, and we will supply it.

02. Do you deliver across the UAE?

Yes, to all seven emirates. Dubai and Sharjah deliveries are typically the same or the next working day on stocked items. Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, RAK, Fujairah and Ajman are usually within 48 hours.

03. What is your minimum order?

There is no rigid minimum. We supply single drums to workshops and full containers to export clients. Pricing improves with volume, so tell us your annual requirement, and we will quote against that rather than a one-off.

04. Can you supply wholesale or trade pricing?

Yes. Workshops, resellers and fleet operators get tiered trade pricing. Share your expected monthly offtake, and we will send a rate card.

05. Which pack sizes do you offer?

1L, 4L, 5L, 20L pails, 208L drums and bulk IBC. Not every grade is available in every pack, so confirm with us when you enquire.

06. I'm unsure which grade my equipment needs.

Send us the equipment make, model and hours, or a photo of your current product label. Our technical team will confirm the correct grade at no charge.

07. Do you export outside the UAE?

Yes. We regularly ship to Oman, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Iraq, Iran, India, the UK and the USA, with full export documentation.

08. How quickly will I get a quote?

Within one working day for standard items. Same day if you call.

09. What are your payment terms?

Advance payment or LC for new accounts. Credit terms are available for established clients after account review.

10. Do you support ADNOC ICV requirements?

Yes. We already supply ADNOC ICV registered customers. Mention ICV in your enquiry, and we will structure the documentation to suit.
